The same people and money are funding the merging of human tissue with chips (cybernetics). Tomorrow we will struggle to recognize who is human and who is not.

Our advanced munitions and payloads are designed to affect electronic sensors, signals, circuitry, and subsystems instead of living blood, tissue, and bone. Underneath exoskeleton and synthetic tissue are vulnerable systems that can be attacked. Added measures must be undertaken along with standard fragmentation, because robots don’t experience fear, shock, or remorse.
